He has been working in the Himalayan Mountain for over two decade, first as a porter then eventually Government licensed guide. Becoming a city guide around Kathmandu and working as a tour operators in another agency, he got more courage to be expert in Nepal's tourism. His exposure to travel and trekking made him realized to organize his own company to give at par services from his previous companies where he served for long time. He is the Managing Director of Moonline Tours., situated in business district of Thamel, Kathmandu. He completed his bachelor degree in Tourism Management and some foreign language courses. He can speak fluently English, Japanese and Spanish. By guiding tourists all throughout Himalayan Region, he has vast knowledge about the culture, language of the local people of Nepal. He was elected member or Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal from over 1500 members as Executive member and Coordinate Welfare & Crisis Management Department for two year in his period of 2013 – 2015, which is easy to understand that he is well recognize persona in trekking tourism in Nepal. Similarly, He is also an active person in social works. He is president of Junkiri Nepal; as a recognize NGOs president he is also elected as Joint-Secretary on dated February 2016 in NFN (NGO Federation of Nepal, Kathmandu). He is passionate about nature particularly mountaineering and environmentally aware of the surroundings to preserve not to exploit. He experience scaling a height over 6,000 meters. Nabaraj Dhakal was born in Gorkha, a very well known District of Nepal. Nabaraj came to Kathmandu in 2001 and worked as a porter for few years and gained much knowledge by learning the ways of popular trekking destinations and the culture and traditions of different communities he met on the trails; which helped him to be the experienced trekking guide. After guiding people form different worlds nearly a decade and working as a manager in different companies, then he hasn't looked back in his chosen career of tourist related activities, particularly treks and sightseeing around Nepal. After the many year of experience, he realize to became Marketing representative of travel company therefore he started as a Marketing Representative of “Moonline Tours Pvt Ltd” in Europe from a very humble background to now a successful tourist guide and manager. 

He completed his degree in Tourism and also have studied various Foreign Languages. His travels has taken him to the high Himalayas to plain lands or in short many of the places in Nepal, but his travel did not stop there as he has also  travelled to other parts of the world. Since he has started at Moonline Tours, he has regularly been attending travel expos and seminars in search of business and market destination Nepal. Now he is dedicated at “Moonline Tours Pvt ltd” which is aimed to provide best of the quality experience to customers.

Santosh Dhakal is one of Sales Executive of Moonline Tours Pvt Ltd. Vast Knowledge and boundless enthusiasm in Tourism Field has enabled him to get series of success in his profession. Having more than 15 years of experience in the tourism as Porter, Office Representative, Trekking Guide, Operation Manager, now as a Sales Executive in Europe, he is performing the activities with new and innovative concept, which is providing the visitors/ guests with international level of services all the way through excellent management service. His years of experience in the Tourism industry has helped him to achieve to gain a lot of experience in making  unique and special packages and his extensive travels add realistic and practical knowledge to all the tour packages.

His responsibilities involve dealing with our valuable customers in Europe for their suitable time with all the details information about the tours packages including cost and time in details and facilitating the sale and booking of our products.

 Ashmita has been an integral part of "Moonline Tours" as a Operation Manager, after completing her bachelor’s degree in the field of travel and tourism. With a cheerful and helpful behavior, she is amongst the most prominent member of Moonline Tours by our valuable customers. She has learned to accept and seek responsibility in the field. She delivers an excellent customer service and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests with the primary aim of attracting and retaining new clients. Along with the queries of our valuable clients, she even handles some finance related matters.

She speaks English and Hindi fluently other than Nepali. She is good at looking after the guests and taking care of their needs.
