Day to Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu meets and greet our representative from Moonline Tours P. Ltd and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. If you have free time, roam around the streets of Kathmandu valley.
Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath stupa, Kopan Monastery and Boudhanath stupa.
Guided sightseeing tour at the Buddhism pilgrimage sites of Kathmandu valley. Also listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, Swayambhunath, and Boudhanath are two main Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Swayambhunath is one of the oldest stupas located at the top of the hill. The complex consists of a stupa, many shrines, and a temple having the painting of eye in the Stupa in all four directions. Swayambhunath is the most sacred pilgrimage site of Tibetan and Buddhists.
Boudhanath is also a famous Buddhist pilgrimage site of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath is the largest octagonal Buddhist stupa in the world and is popular for its huge size. You can observe many Tibetan and Buddhist monks praying at Boudhanath.
Another Buddhist pilgrimage site is Kopan Monastery, the famous Buddhist teaching center. Kopan monastery, located at the outskirts of Boudhanath is one of the famous Buddhist sites for meditation and learning Buddhist culture and practices. Roam around the small monasteries of Kathmandu in the evening. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 3: Sightseeing tour around Namobuddha Stupa and Pharping Monastery
Drive to Namobuddha, 40km southeast of Kathmandu, built on the bones and hairs of Prince Mahasattva. Explore around the monasteries and stupas of Namobuddha including the den of the tigress, Namobuddha stupa, and Thrangu Tashi Yangtse monastery. After spending some more time, drive to Pharping Monastery which lies in the Pharping district. There are 3 monasteries in Pharping and they are Neydo Tashi Choling Monastery; a large monastery with 200 monks residing, Palyul Samten Osel Ling; a school of Tibetian Buddhism and Tengchen Leksheyling Retreat Centre; a center for practicing traditional three years, three months, and three days meditation retreat. Explore around these monasteries and return back to Kathmandu.

Day 4: Fly from Kathmandu to Lumbini at Bhairahawa Airport.
Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa. Upon arrival at Bhairahawa, drive to Lumbini. Check-in at the hotel. As you are at a lower altitude, you may feel hot. Explore the international monasteries in Lumbini built by different countries including India, Srilanka, Korea, Myanmar, Thailand, etc. Feel the peace observing the monasteries of Gautam Buddha.

Day 5: Sightseeing around pilgrimage site Lumbini.
Guided sightseeing tour at Lumbini in the morning. Full day explore around the birthplace of Gautam Buddha, Birthstone, Ashoka Pillar, Mayadevi temple, Holy pond, etc. Visit the Lumbini museum, and Maya Devi garden and many more. Remaining day free for self-relaxation and pleasure. Spend some more time observing around Lumbini and return to the hotel.

Day 6: Return flight to Kathmandu.
From Lumbini, drive to Bhairahawa airport and fly to Kathmandu. Observe the terraced farmlands, dense forest and Himalayan ranges from the flight. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, transfer to your respected hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Free day for self-relaxation and shopping around Thamel.

Day 7: Final Departure
Free till departure. Our representatives will drop you at Tribhuvan International Airport 3 hours prior to your departure time/schedule to board your onward journey.
